Description
The Maintenance Technician will perform maintenance and emergency repairs for smart parking, security, and low-voltage systems, including CCTV, access control, burglar alarms, public antennas, and public address systems. The role also provides on-site technical support, installation, software configuration, system upgrades, routine inspections, reports, and service documentation. Applicants need an electronic or computer engineering certificate or related engineering qualification, or relevant low-voltage/IoT experience; strong communication, responsibility, independence, Cantonese, English, Chinese reading and writing, and basic computer skills are required. The position follows a 5.5-day work schedule.
