Description
Cove is hiring a full-time Technician for its Singapore office. The role reports to the Facility Manager and covers routine and emergency maintenance of hotel and coliving equipment, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, HVAC, building-management-system, renovation, installation, record-keeping, safety compliance, facility upkeep, and energy management. Candidates need at least three years of coliving or hotel technician experience, hands-on repair and maintenance skills, a driver’s license, and fluent spoken and written English; air-conditioning service experience, Mandarin or Malay, and project-management skills are advantageous.
