DHL Group is hiring a full-time, permanent Competent Chargeman in Penang, Malaysia to support facilities management and maintain the health, safety, and operational readiness of corporate real estate properties. The role covers mechanical and electrical maintenance, repairs, vendor coordination, system reviews, calibration, electrical installation and shutdown maintenance, contractor oversight, documentation, and general facility administration. Candidates need vocational or technical education, a Competent Chargeman of A4 certificate, and 5–10 years of relevant technical operation expertise; a Facility Management or Real Estate certificate is desirable.
