Econolite is hiring a Maintenance Technician in Ankeny, Iowa to install, troubleshoot, and maintain traffic signals and other Intelligent Transportation System devices. The role includes wiring repairs, video detection system programming, pole and signal-head installation, loop-detector testing, subcontractor scheduling, and training new technicians. Candidates need a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, and related experience in video systems, cabling, or similar electronic/ITS work; the position requires outdoor field work, driving, physical lifting, and elevated-height work.
