The Technician installs, maintains, and repairs cable/fiber television, digital video, internet, voice, and security systems for residential and commercial subscribers. The role includes testing, troubleshooting, installing support structures, closing work orders, educating customers, and safely operating tools, vehicles, and equipment. Candidates need a high school diploma, GED, or related trade school education, one year of professional cable technician experience, one year of customer service experience, and the ability to use hand and power tools.
