Intility is hiring a Technician for its Operations Center to provide technical support, troubleshoot and resolve platform issues, monitor customer environments, handle incidents, and collaborate with technical specialists and external vendors. The role involves using data, AI, and internal tools to understand and solve problems across identity, clients, networks, applications, cloud platforms, and security. Candidates should have recently completed an IT or technology bachelor’s degree, vocational program, or trade certificate; be curious, quick learners, proactive, and able to communicate in Norwegian/Swedish and English.
