Description
The Technician supports the efficient operation of a Mennel Milling Company plant by learning facility tasks, operating production-line machinery including high-speed packaging equipment, performing product checks, communicating deviations, maintaining a clean and safe work area, and participating in continuous improvement activities. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, physical ability to lift 50–65 pounds and climb stairs and ladders, and availability for assigned shifts, weekends, and overtime. The position has no supervisory duties and involves exposure to manufacturing conditions, including allergens and noise.
