The Technician role at Monro is responsible for vehicle diagnostics, routine maintenance, and delivering 5-star service. Responsibilities include inspections, inventory management, store cleanliness, adherence to safety standards, and continuous training. The ideal candidate should be capable of performing basic automotive maintenance and repair, diagnosing problems, and possessing strong customer service and communication skills. Qualifications include a high school diploma, automotive training, ASE certification (preferred), and a valid driver’s license.
