The Technician role at Monro is a full-time or part-time hourly position responsible for vehicle diagnostics, routine maintenance, and delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include performing courtesy inspections, assisting with inventory, maintaining store cleanliness, adhering to safety standards, and completing training. Qualifications include a high school diploma, automotive training, and a valid driver’s license. ASE certification and State Inspection license are preferred. The role requires strong customer service and communication skills, as well as the ability to work flexible hours and lift up to 50 lbs.
