Description
The Technician role at Monro is responsible for conducting basic vehicle diagnostics and performing routine vehicle repair and maintenance services. The position requires delivering exceptional customer service through effective communication of vehicle issues and solutions, and consistently meeting guest expectations for time commitments and quality. The technician will also help drive sales and guest count, coach and train entry level techs, and assist with general store duties. Must have own tools and a valid driver's license.
