The role involves resolving electrical and mechanical malfunctions, process and machine-related issues, and performing preventive maintenance in a cleanroom environment. Technicians work on 5-shift and 2-shift schedules, receive approximately 1½ to 2 years of training, and are required to have MBO technical education, analytical skills, flexibility, and basic English.
