Description
The General Maintenance Technician performs repair and preventative maintenance across plumbing, basic electricity, carpentry, painting, HVAC, and basic mechanical repair at Miami Valley North. The role also includes customer service, breakdown response, facility meeting-room setup, and grounds repair and upkeep. Candidates need high school completion or a GED, 5–7 years of job-related experience, building maintenance experience, and general mechanic or general building repair experience, along with blueprint-reading, tool, and organizational skills.
