Description
Randstad is seeking an Electromechanical Technician for a leading family-owned meat-processing company in the Heuvelland region. The role is responsible for preventive and corrective maintenance of production machinery, electrical and mechanical troubleshooting, process optimization, and work in a HACCP-compliant food-production environment. The position requires a degree in electromechanics or equivalent experience, fluent Dutch or French, knowledge of motors, sensors, pumps, and conveyor belts, and the ability to lead a six-person team, delegate tasks, create schedules, and weld. It is a full-time permanent contract with training, meal vouchers, and possible company car benefits.
