Description
The Machinery Maintenance Technician independently performs preventive maintenance on a machinery fleet, including greasing bearings, replacing worn parts, dismantling and repairing mechanical components, detecting defects in vacuum pumps, fans, and pipes, recording interventions and materials, and collaborating with colleagues while following safety guidelines. The role requires a foundation in mechanics, electricity, bearings, and lubrication; proficiency with measuring instruments and precision hand tools; fluency in French or Dutch; and ideally a certificate for operating forklifts or aerial work platforms. The schedule is mainly day shift with flexibility for the afternoon, and the position offers technical development opportunities.
