Description
The role provides computer-systems support for software and hardware across all platforms, including responding to support calls and request tickets, monitoring system performance, troubleshooting, completing scheduled jobs, maintaining data-center procedures and documentation, replacing malfunctioning equipment, loading code into production, and maintaining a clean computer room. The position pays $20.00 per hour and requires a New Jersey CER license; an associate’s or technical degree in computer science or a related field and prior iSeries and pSeries experience are preferred.
