Description
CIMA+ is seeking an Electrical Technician to support engineering work on large-scale hydroelectric power plant projects, including switchgear, control, protection, turbine-generator systems, instrumentation, automation, and power supply systems. The role involves preparing diagrams, layouts, calculations, specifications, and project deliverables, collaborating with multidisciplinary engineering teams, participating in design reviews and site surveys, and potentially assisting with commissioning. The position offers a flexible hybrid arrangement with work from home or from offices in Montreal, Sherbrooke, or Granby, and requires a DEC in electrical engineering technology, 0 to 5 years of experience, French proficiency, and basic professional English.
