Breezeline is hiring a Customer and Network Facing Technician in Rochester to perform field installation, service, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of cable television, internet, telephony, and automation systems on HFC and FTTH networks. The role includes network testing, physical plant work, customer service, vehicle and equipment maintenance, and travel as needed. It requires core technician skills, a valid driver’s license, relevant certifications, at least one year of direct customer service experience, and the ability to work required shifts, overtime, and on-call rotations.
