Breezeline is hiring a Customer and Network Facing Technician in Berwick, Pennsylvania to perform field installation, service, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of cable television, high-speed internet, telephony, and automation systems. The role works on Hybrid Fiber Coax and Fiber to the Home networks, performs network testing and restoration, maintains equipment and vehicles, communicates with dispatch and customers, and supports projects such as fiber repair and node activation. The position requires core technician skills, a valid driver’s license, customer service experience, and the ability to work required shifts, overtime, and on-call rotations; preferred qualifications include three or more years of comparable experience or a relevant certificate, and Spanish proficiency in some locations.
