Description
The Technician - Data Center will perform server, storage, network, and data center equipment setup, maintenance, troubleshooting, and decommissioning; manage break-and-fix and RMA logistics; support installations, moves, additions, and changes; maintain inventory and documentation; monitor capacity; and submit activity reports. The role requires a high school degree or equivalent, two years of enterprise data center experience, strong hardware and Ethernet troubleshooting skills, data cabling knowledge, English fluency, a valid driver’s license, and 0–25% travel. The work is physically demanding and may involve lifting up to 50 pounds, bending, climbing, and prolonged standing or walking.
