Description
The Technician - Data Center performs server, storage, network, and data center equipment setup, maintenance, troubleshooting, and decommissioning; manages vendor support, break-and-fix and RMA logistics, inventory, cabling documentation, capacity, and incident and change processes; and supports installations, moves, additions, and changes. The role requires a high school degree or equivalent, two years of enterprise data center experience, strong hardware and Ethernet troubleshooting skills, data cabling knowledge, English fluency, a valid driver’s license, and 0–25% travel. The work is physically demanding and may involve lifting up to 50 pounds, bending, stooping, climbing, and prolonged walking or standing.
