Description
The Technician Development Program Manager leads the strategy, governance, design, delivery, and continuous improvement of technician development programs across the organization. The role establishes skill standards and progression pathways, partners with field leaders, training teams, recruiting partners, and OEMs, delivers instructor-led technical training, monitors performance and repair-quality metrics, and develops talent pipelines through workforce and trade-school partnerships. The position requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience, technical training or workforce development experience, instructor-led training experience, stakeholder management, data analysis, and willingness to travel up to 50%.
