Description
The Technician Dispatch Coordinator serves as the first point of contact for customers and specialist partners, handling technical-service requests, documentation, spare parts, appointment coordination, and technician dispatching. The role is based in Nuremberg and can be performed on-site or hybrid with 2–3 home-office days per week after onboarding. It is a full-time or part-time position with 35–40 hours per week, occasional Saturday shifts, and a planned takeover after six months.
