ALTEN Consulting Services GmbH is hiring a Technician, Electronics Development to support the development of electrical and optoelectronic assemblies for space applications. The role includes conducting measurements on optoelectronic systems, documenting results, procuring and managing ground support equipment and development materials, and supporting the integration of assemblies into overall systems. Candidates need vocational training or a degree in a relevant engineering or optoelectronics field, relevant experience, knowledge of electronic assemblies and measuring instruments, hardware development and C or Python programming skills, and German and English language skills. The position offers an open-ended employment contract, mobile working by arrangement, training, flexible working time, and a dedicated point of contact.
