The role leads electrical engineering work on technically challenging construction projects, coordinates foremen and subcontractors, reports to project management, ensures MEP work is delivered according to quality, schedule, and cost requirements, and documents processes for project control. Candidates need an engineering degree or comparable technical qualification, building-services engineering experience, and strong organizational and leadership skills.
