Lanco is hiring Crane Field Technicians to perform independent maintenance and repair of complex mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems on crane and heavy equipment, including AT, Grove, National, Manitowoc, and Manitou cranes. The role includes service documentation, equipment demonstrations, lower-level technician training, certified crane inspections, safety compliance, and travel throughout the assigned region. Candidates need a high school education or equivalent, at least three years of relevant experience, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to travel; the pay range is $31 to $45 depending on experience.
