Stromnetz Berlin GmbH is hiring a Technician for Fault Management and Control in its Meter Installation team in Berlin-Mariendorf. The role supports field-service employees with metering-system installations, implements Section 14a for grid-oriented control of controllable consumption devices, assesses and prioritizes fault reports, develops troubleshooting solutions, follows up on repairs, coordinates with Systems Engineering and the Smart Meter Gateway Administrator, schedules fault and control assignments, and advises customers on technical installation questions. Candidates need electrical technician or master craftsman training or willingness to complete it, strong communication skills, MS Office proficiency, a structured team-oriented approach, and a Class B driver’s license. The position offers a starting salary of €51,000–€65,000 and flexible working arrangements.
