Stromnetz Berlin is hiring a Technician for Training and Knowledge Management in its Primary Technology department, specializing in High-Voltage Switchgear, in Berlin-Tempelhof. The role supports current and new employees through professional training and generational transition, maintains a technical knowledge database, develops training concepts, and conducts instruction and knowledge transfer. Applicants need completed technical vocational training and further training as a state-certified technician or master craftsman, or willingness to complete such training while working, along with teaching aptitude, MS Office and digital learning-system skills, communication skills, and a Category B driver’s license. Knowledge of high-voltage switchgear and grids and a Trainer certificate are preferred but not required. The position offers a starting salary of €51,000–€65,000 and benefits including flexible working hours, vacation, health support, and pension provision.
