Description
The Technician supports Baxter’s Engineering and Manufacturing teams by developing, installing, overseeing, and troubleshooting production equipment; performing breakdown and preventive maintenance; validating new processes and improvements; and maintaining safe, clean manufacturing operations. The role requires an MQF Level 4 electrical qualification, production-technician or similar experience, industrial-equipment knowledge, blueprint-reading ability, and strong troubleshooting skills. The minimum salary is €24,000 annually, with possible benefits, bonuses, and long-term incentives.
