Description
The role performs on-site technical service calls for products operated by the company, including diagnosis, repair, parts replacement, activation, maintenance, inspection, cleaning, and testing of security devices. The technician also handles consumables, logs activities, supports process improvement, cares for company property, and participates in training and team meetings. The position requires a technical course in an applicable field, microcomputing knowledge, a Category B driver's license, weekend and holiday availability, and is based in Florianópolis on a 5x2 schedule.
