Description
The Technician II delivers professional lawn-care services by diagnosing lawn conditions, applying fertilizers, herbicides, and pest-control products, operating and maintaining application equipment, educating customers, documenting treatments, and following safety and regulatory procedures. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, no prior experience, and the ability to obtain and maintain applicable applicator licenses; training is provided. It is an in-person position with a Monday-through-Friday schedule, seasonal Saturdays, and benefits including health, dental, vision, life insurance, retirement matching, paid time off, and commission.
