Description
The role performs moderate mechanical repairs and assembly on construction equipment, including troubleshooting, disassembly and reassembly, engine, powertrain, hydraulic, and electrical repairs, preventative maintenance, testing, cleaning, painting, and controller reprogramming. It requires a high school education or GED, three years of direct experience with CAT literature systems, proficiency in at least one mechanical system, and the ability to perform physically demanding work involving climbing, lifting, and using diagnostic and repair tools.
