The role involves setting up and operating manual and automated assembly and test equipment, performing product analysis and testing, collecting and reporting test data, conducting in-process inspections and quality control checks, communicating findings to engineering and manufacturing teams, and maintaining equipment and safety standards. Candidates need a high school diploma or equivalent, 2–3 years of assembly and testing experience, semiconductor or diode manufacturing experience, and familiarity with electronic test equipment and basic computer skills.
