Western Digital is hiring a Technician IV, Engineering – Data Management, System Support and Troubleshooting to support and sustain data analytics and monitoring solutions. The role maintains dashboards, updates SAS and SQL programs, monitors data quality and alerts, troubleshoots data and system issues, performs data validation, and supports automation and continuous improvement. It requires an associate or bachelor's degree in a relevant technology or information systems field and at least three years of experience in data processing, dashboard maintenance, reporting, or monitoring. The position is open to Binan City, Laguna, CALABARZON, Philippines, with onsite reporting and a shifting schedule.
