Queue is hiring a Technician Lead to lead a small team of assembly and test technicians on the build floor. The role covers precision mechanical and electromechanical assembly, troubleshooting, test execution, documentation, and support of prototype-to-pilot-production transitions for complex robotic pharmacy systems. Candidates need at least eight years of hands-on experience in mechanical or electromechanical systems, prior team leadership, and strong skills in assembly, troubleshooting, testing, documentation, and CAD.
