Description
The Maintenance Technician supports the Supervisor or Engineer in daily maintenance of production equipment, machines, jigs, and fixtures. The role covers preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, root-cause analysis, machine improvement, and minimizing production downtime. It requires hands-on mechanical, electrical, pneumatic/hydraulic, PLC, and automation troubleshooting, along with the ability to read electrical and pneumatic/hydraulic diagrams and maintain maintenance records. The position also supports TPM initiatives, provides guidance to junior technicians, and follows safety procedures such as LOTO and 5S.
