Description
The Maintenance Technician performs routine and semiskilled maintenance and repair of client facilities, equipment, and grounds, including drywall repair, painting, plumbing, minor carpentry, and operation of power tools, forklifts, and aerial lifts. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a clean driving record, teamwork, safety training, and the ability to work independently and in inclement weather. Compensation is $18.00 to $24.00 per hour, with health, vision, dental insurance, paid time off, and a 401(k) retirement plan with employer matching.
