Description
The Technician Manager West provides technical leadership for Controls Technicians serving the eastern portion of North Carolina, generally west of Interstate 95. The role oversees controls programming, checkout, commissioning, project databases, documentation, customer relationships, and technician mentoring across the development, installation, and closeout phases of HVAC controls projects. It requires an associate's degree or equivalent education and experience, at least five years of HVAC controls installation, programming, and commissioning experience, familiarity with HVAC products and Trane systems, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work outdoors, travel 20%, and work overtime, weekends, and on-call shifts.
