Description
PERMACON GmbH is hiring a full-time Technician (m/f/d) / Master Craftsman (m/f/d) for Toolmaking in Oberursel, Hesse, Germany. The role plans and manages tooling projects, coordinates resources, leads the toolmaking team, monitors production KPIs, and optimizes production and work processes. Candidates need completed vocational training in toolmaking, precision or industrial mechanics, further training as a technician or master craftsman, several years of toolmaking or mold-making experience, team-leadership experience, strong communication and structured working skills, and good German language skills. The position offers a permanent contract starting immediately, an annual salary of up to €60,000 gross, vacation and a Christmas bonus, and onboarding support.
