The Technician, NPI Engineering 1 builds new cable and harness products under Engineering Group guidance, interprets schematics and drawings, performs manufacturing operations, and develops production processes. The role requires cable-assembly experience, basic manufacturing and computer skills, IPC and ISO familiarity, and typically 0–2 years of prior manufacturing experience. It is a full-time, in-person position with health, dental, and vision insurance and other benefits.
