Eaton is hiring a Technician/Operator in Hengelo to assemble, process, and finish castings and pressed parts for medium- and low-voltage switchgear. The role covers pressure gelation, vacuum casting, mold and casting-pallet maintenance, machine operation, product inspection, electrical testing, and data recording. Candidates should have process-engineering education or relevant casting or process-operator experience, with Dutch or English communication skills preferred. The position offers 40 days off per year, training opportunities, and a gross monthly salary of €3,050 to €3,700.
