Mondelēz International is recruiting a temporary, fixed-term Process Development Technician for its Bournville Pilot Plant. The role supports process trials, pilot-plant and factory operations, food safety and quality, environmental monitoring, compliance, health and safety, and continuous improvement. Responsibilities include weighing and material handling, operating low-complexity equipment, hand moulding, maintaining good manufacturing practices, and preparing technical reports. The position requires hands-on work in the production areas, with standard Monday-to-Friday hours and in-person presence five days per week.
