Description
The Operations Support Engineer supports Bosch’s manufacturing operations by conducting first-level failure analysis, coordinating measurement and root-cause activities, preparing production documentation and workstations, supporting new-product introduction, tracking quality and defect data, preparing rework flows, and contributing to continuous-improvement projects. The role requires a mechanical, electrical, or electronics engineering diploma, English and Bahasa Malaysia proficiency, at least three years of manufacturing experience, Microsoft Office literacy, technical-reporting and data-analysis skills, technical-drawing interpretation, and hands-on failure-analysis and problem-solving experience.
