Description
The Waste Shredder Operator will operate a shredder and hydraulic filter crusher, shred plastics, locomotive filters, and other waste, sort and process waste streams, perform equipment inspections and housekeeping, and assist with truck and trailer loading and offloading. The role runs Monday through Friday from 1:00 PM to 9:30 PM and requires a valid Manitoba Class 5 license or equivalent, physical ability to lift more than 50 pounds and stand on cement, and the ability to work independently and in a team. A vehicle is an asset, and GFL does not provide visa sponsorship.
