Description
Baxter is hiring a Production Technician for its cleanroom manufacturing team to support the preparation, production, and inspection of compounded medicines. The role covers aseptic compounding, equipment checks, inventory control, environmental monitoring, non-conformance management, product labelling, sanitisation, and compliance with Manufacturing License and Quality System requirements. It operates on a Monday-to-Friday rotating weekly shift pattern, with a primary 3:00pm–11:00pm twilight shift and alternative shifts during initial training and as needed. The position requires GCSE or equivalent English and Mathematics, computer literacy, communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to follow procedures; prior experience in a GMP, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, healthcare, or regulated environment is desirable. The salary is £27,000 base per annum plus £4,000 shift allowance per annum.
