Rentokil Initial is hiring a full-time, permanent Technician for its Property Care team at the Lincoln branch covering the East Coast. The role involves on-site preservation and damp-proofing work for domestic and commercial customers, including timber replacement, wall coating removal, woodworm treatment, wall tie installation, and cavity drain membrane installation. The position requires strong customer service, communication, a full UK driving licence held for more than two years, and experience in labouring or trades within property or construction is advantageous. The package includes a basic salary of £26,655, a company vehicle, fuel card, tools, mobile phone, uniform, bonus and commission opportunities, and private healthcare scheme eligibility.
