Description
MP Materials is hiring a hands-on Technician to support the Magnet Technology group in developing advanced manufacturing technologies for high-performance rare earth permanent magnets. The role involves operating and maintaining pilot-plant equipment, preparing and testing raw materials and samples, collecting process data, conducting experimental trials, documenting results, and maintaining a safe and compliant workplace. The position requires at least one year of manufacturing operation experience and offers preferred experience with HMI equipment, metal or ceramic manufacturing, and air-sensitive materials.
