The Technician – QC – IAPI at Lilly involves performing accurate and timely testing of lab samples according to GMP and safety guidelines. Key objectives include meeting turnaround times, adhering to safety and GMP compliance, executing activities in line with SOPs and regulatory guidelines, ensuring data integrity, identifying and escalating deviations, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives, participating in cross-functional teams, providing audit and inspection support, handling samples properly, conducting in-process testing, labeling samples, performing routine equipment checks, reporting malfunctions, assisting with troubleshooting, and completing a learning plan.
