Description
The Technician, R&D Formulation supports pharmaceutical formulation and manufacturing by weighing, mixing, processing raw materials, operating tablet, capsule, coating, granulation, and fluid-bed equipment, and maintaining batch documentation under cGMP and SOP requirements. The role includes troubleshooting formulation issues, supporting scale-up and technology transfer, and performing equipment maintenance and cleaning. It is based at 1200 Airport Road, North Brunswick, New Jersey, with a 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. schedule and requires hands-on equipment operation, problem-solving, regulatory compliance, and physical work in a laboratory and manufacturing environment.
