Description
The Optical Tester supports product engineers in achieving yield, scrap-cost, debug-accuracy, and lean-improvement targets. Responsibilities include daily schedule verification, path-loss calibration, tester setup and conversion, production failure validation, troubleshooting, documentation, and test-station maintenance. The role requires an engineering diploma or bachelor's degree, 1–2 years of optical-device testing or repair experience in mass production, knowledge of optical test instruments and communication interfaces, shift availability, and strong electronics and optical-circuit problem-solving skills.
