Description
The Technician (User Support) will provide full-time on-site user support in Mons, Belgium, installing and maintaining computing, printing, network, and server devices; configuring COTS and network client software; managing Active Directory and Group Policy; preparing software packages; and supporting IT security, incident, change, configuration, and asset management processes. The role requires an active NATO SECRET security clearance, CompTIA A+ or Microsoft Certified IT Professional certification, and three years of experience in ICT CIS, desktop support, and IT administration.
